We are grateful for our recent recognition from the American Institute of Architects, San Diego Chapter. Washington Street Apartments in La Quinta, California is awarded a Merit Award in the Architecture category. The project is acknowledged for its innovative design and emphasis on sustainability. Washington Street Apartments is an expansion of an existing low-income senior housing project with mid-century details enhanced to meet current sustainability needs. The award is the thirtieth AIA San Diego Design Award won in the firm's history.
