UCSD Mandeville Art Gallery
La Jolla, CA
This updated gallery, designed to host both national and international artists, will include a muti-media portico featuring an external media mesh veil to display digital art and create an interactive user experience.
Blossom Hill Apartments
San Jose, CA
A mixed-use development that will feature a courtyard, bordered by space for future commercial use, a parking structure, and social service offices. 1/3 of the units are dedicated to permanent supportive housing, helping to address the need for affordable housing in the Bay Area.
Hilltop
San Diego, CA
A 113-unit affordable housing development for families that will include a learning center for the community, a public market space, and extensive restoration of the nearby creek

K Street ApartmentsÂ
Chula Vista, CA
This 46-unit apartment building is a contemporary take on the classic southern California form of courtyard housing. The apartments are organized around two courtyards that are linked at the ground level by common indoor gathering spaces available to all residents and guests.Â
Palm Station
San Diego, CA
A transit-oriented mixed use project directly adjacent to a trolley stop, that will include approximately 400 market-rate and affordable housing units.Â

An affordable 24-unit studio apartment building with longtime client, Charities Housing. This project features mechanical parking "puzzle lifts" that allow for twice the amount of parking space previously available. The project is also fully electric, serving as a model for sustainable Bay Area housing.

Adjacent to a community park, this is a 96-unit affordable housing development in the Linda Vista neighborhood of San Diego breaking ground in Fall 2020.Â

Located in the heart of Hillcrest, this 16-unit micro-unit studio development is set to begin construction in 2020. The project will include one affordable unit and one ground-level shopkeeper unit.

A 61-unit, affordable housing project with a street-activating commercial space. Located at a prominent intersection in North Park near the historic Lafayette Hotel.Â
UCSD Voigt Transit Operations Center
La Jolla, CAÂ
This parking structure directly along Interstate 5 on East Campus, houses the university's transit fleet, the transportation operations offices, and more than 1800 parking spaces.
Cal Coast Academy
San Diego, CA
A newly designed school in Carmel Valley, situated next to an existing historic home from 1905. The school will feature three wings under a uniting roof scheme.Â
Poway Hotel
Poway, CA
This 5-story hotel will hold 58 rooms, an exterior lobby terrace, and a rooftop lounge and dining area. The hotel is centered within the South Poway Business Park and is under entitlement approvals.Â
