The Nash brings smart and stylish density to Park Boulevard, an important corridor within San Diego, connecting the urban neighborhoods of Hillcrest, University Heights, and North Park. The seven-story building houses 190 units, most of which are micro-units under 500 square feet, that live large with in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, a modern kitchen, and a full or juliette balcony with oversized sliding glass doors. The main entrance is set back to create an entry plaza with raised planters and built-in seating areas.
