Victory at SDSU is a new off-campus student apartment building adjacent to San Diego State University. A mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom plans will provide up to 226 beds in a six-story structure. Residents will enjoy roof decks affording sweeping 360-degree views and a swimming pool located in a landscaped interior courtyard. A large study lounge and a bike/surfboard/SUP storage room will round out the shared amenities. Each furnished unit will have an eat-in kitchen, living area and large private balcony. All units are provided with washer/dryers.
