The project is for the development of an affordable housing project and social service neighborhood center on Palm Avenue in the City of Imperial Beach. The development is sited on the former Imperial Beach United Methodist Church property that currently serves as the Imperial Beach Neighborhood Center. The desire is to team with the Neighborhood Center to redevelop the entire property to include a new building to house the Neighborhood Center and all its programs and to provide 50 units for seniors who are very low-income.
