"Studio E Architects exhibit an all too rare set of commitments and skills.
They have shown a dedication to place, community, and craft and translated this
dedication into eloquent projects that enhance the lives
of the inhabitants. They have chosen to work from fundamental principles, eschewing
the seduction of elaborate form making. Their work reminds us that the
social values of architecture can be realized while satisfying the soul with the
poetics of place."
