CITY HEIGHTS VISION PLAN

Master Plan of an older, urbanized community in Mid-City San Diego. Recommendations build on the unique qualities of City Heights' open spaces/ canyons, historic/ valued older building fabric, land-use patterns and circulation, and established/ emerging social patterns. Studio E formulated a set of design principles and a vision plan based on a careful analysis of the community's existing conditions and community input, established six development focus areas, and created a series of visual recommendations studies illustrating proposed improvements.
