EUCALYPTUS VIEW

Eucalyptus View builds upon the success of earlier courtyard apartment projects designed by Studio E for infill sites. A generous shared lawn is contained on three sides by apartments and on its fourth by a laundry building / computer lounge. The crisp massing of the buildings is enlivened by timber trellises and canopies, creating shade and strong patterned shadows. Tall windows hint at the 10 foot ceilings and split-level plans within. Each unit enjoys light-filled dining, kitchen and living areas organized in a loft-style arrangement.
