ENTRADA

The Entrada is a half-block development of 137 units. Streets are lined with walk-up units to engage and lay claim to the public realm. A two-story live/work unit at the high point of the site hinges between 13th Street, with views downhill towards the bay, and Island Avenue, which connects into the Ballpark District to the west. Placing the tallest portion of the structure here exaggerates the topographic condition and makes a connection to a tall Victorian house across 13th Street.
