Set on a triangular parcel between a busy arterial to the north and the Nestor Creek to the south, Creekside Trails fits 50 affordable family housing units around a series of courtyard spaces. These courts are oriented to extend the open space of the creek deep within the site. Buildings are composed of interlocking flats that provide unexpected volume in living spaces.
