CORNERSTONE COURT This project demonstrates that single-family detached, home ownership can be accomplished at a density of 10 d.u./acre while still creating a very desirable streetscape and overall community character. This is primarily accomplished by pushing the two car garage well back from the street and offsetting it into the footprint and mass of the house. An overhead structure along the driveway entrance further enhances the streetscape and extends the front façade of each home. | |||||
