"A river runs through it..." That was both the asset and the obstacle to the development of this 90 unit low-income senior project. Working closely with the Army Corps for Engineers and the State Department of Fish and Game, the design team created a network of courts and linear gardens that provide a gracious setting for these airy, comfortable apartment homes.
