G Lofts West, a 180,000 SF mixed-use development in San Diego's East Village, lives large on a budget. 142 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units emphasize affordability and efficiency. Simple massing and tough materials, concrete masonry and metal siding, are a nod to the District's historic warehouses.
