Designed as a cost-effective and community-appropriate landmark for City Heights, the 82,000 SF facility for the San Diego Workforce Partnership's career resource, educational and administrative activities also includes a childcare center with an outdoor play area; two street-fronting commercial lease spaces; and a videoconferencing/community room. A shared parking structure provides parking for the Metro Center and the adjacent Metro Villas. The $9.2-million project was completed in Spring 2004.
