A former offset printing house located in the heart of San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood was re-purposed as an
eye-catching sales office and store front for a local condominium developer. The 9,500 square foot building was stripped back to its shell and opened up to the street to create high visibility retail and gallery space. The second level was outfitted to display models and plans of under-construction downtown developments. A furnished unit mock-up, meeting and private office space filled out the remaining sales office floor. New entrances, lobbies, signage and lighting as well as new exterior finishes were included in this extreme make-over.
